C+ Portal | I forgot my password

⚠️ Important!
- If your access is done via SSO (Single sign-on), that is, through your network password or your corporate e-mail password, contact the IT team of your company to request the password reset;
- The password used in the C+ Portal is the same as that used in the C+ App. Thus, the password change is valid for access on both systems.
If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new one sent to your e-mail address in just a few clicks:
1. Access the C+ Portal login page;
2. Click on Forgot password:

3. Enter your e-mail and click on Send;
⚠️ Important! If you have received the message "Unable to send password recovery e-mail.", please contact the Latam Support team via e-mail productos.latam@copastur.com.br and send an image showing the error message presented:
4. Access your e-mail, locate the message sent by no-reply@copastur.com.br with the subject "Copastur | Redefinição de senha" and click on Redefinir senha;
📃 Informations:
- If you cannot find the message, check your junk mail or spam folder;
- The password reset link sent in the e-mail expires in 5 minutes.
5. You will be asked to register a new password. Register a new password as per the requirements, confirm the password and click Send;
6. A confirmation message will be displayed. Click on Return to TravelHub to access the system.
📃 Information: at that time, if you are accessing the Portal for the first time, it is necessary to perform the two-step authentication configuration on your mobile phone or computer, through the Chrome or Edge browsers, to activate your account - See more information in:
