Meet the Travel services
The Travel Services were designed to provide you with a complete travel experience within the C+ Superapp.
All reservations issued on our travel systems are automatically displayed in the app the next day. From the presentation of the reservation in the app, it is possible to take advantage of all travel services.

My trip is not showing in the app
This may happen because the trip only appears in the app the day after your booking is issued.
If your booking has not yet been issued or was issued today, it will not yet be visible in the app.
Additionally, only trips issued within the last 180 days are shown. Trips older than this period will not appear in your trip history.

How to view my travel ticket
1. Access the desired trip;2. In your timeline, tap on the desired booking to expand the information;
3. Tap View reservation;
4. At this point, you can check all the details of your booking, perform check-in, view the boarding pass, and get directions to the location using the Mobility service.
The information in my booking is incorrect
This may occur due to an update or change in your booking that has not yet been reflected in the app.

I can’t check in or view my boarding pass
Check-in is made available in the app according to the airline's advance check-in rules and availability.
The boarding pass becomes available only after check-in is completed. If you have any difficulty, please contact a travel consultant at +55 (11) 3218-7300 or +55 (21) 3974-7450.
How to create a custom itinerary for my trip
1. Access the desired trip;2. Tap on Experiences;
3. On the bottom right corner, tap the Edit > Nova experiência;
4. Done! At this point, we’ll create a customized experience itinerary based on your travel preferences.
