⚠️ Important! Before canceling a request, it is important to check the cancellation rules of the desired service.


To cancel a request at Argo, follow the steps below: 


1. Access Argo; 


2. Click on Query:



3. Use the search filters to find the desired request; 


4. Click on the Cancel items/request icon:


 

✅ Tip! If this option is not enabled, you must follow up with the cancellation request by sending a "Follow-up" to the agency. Check out more information in How to send messages to the Agency via Follow-up.


5. Select the "cancel request" option to cancel the entire O.S. or "cancel segment" if your O.S. has two or more services and you only need to cancel one of the services;

6. Inform the reason for cancellation and click Confirm Cancellation.
