Argo | How to send messages to the Traveler, Requestor, Approver or Agency

It is possible to send messages to the consultant or approver within the platform, in order to keep a history of interactions on the request for later reference.

To send messages to the consultant or approver, follow the steps below:

1. Access Argo;

2. Click on Query:

3. Use the search filters to find the desired request;

4. Click on the Register Follow-up icon:

5. Select who should receive your message from Traveler, Requester, Attendant (Agency) or Approver;

6. Write your message and click on Save Follow-up.
