C+ Portal | Rides - How to cancel a scheduled ride

📃 Information:
- This functionality is exclusive to General Managers;
- A scheduled ride can only be cancelled while the race is in "Scheduled" status.
To cancel a scheduled ride in the Mobility admin panel, follow the steps below:
1. Access the C+ Portal;
2. In the top menu, click on the Mobility tab:

3. The mobility admin panel will be displayed. In the left side menu, click on Rides > Manage Rides;
4. Use the search filters to find the desired race with the status "Scheduled" and, in the Actions column, click on the three dots icon > View Details;
5. Check if this is really the race you want to cancel and click on the Cancel Request button;
6. Provide a justification and click on Cancel Race;
7. A confirmation message will be displayed.
📃 Information: at this time, the race will be displayed with the status "Canceled" and passengers associated with this race will be notified in the C+ app.
