C+ Portal | Rides - How to dispute a ride or request value review

📃 Information: this functionality available only to cost center managers and general managers.
To dispute a ride or request value review in the Mobility admin panel, follow the steps below:
1. Access the C+ Portal;
2. In the top menu, click on the Mobility tab:

3. The mobility admin panel will be displayed. In the left side menu, click on Rides > Manage Ride;
4. Use the search filters to find the desired race with the status "Finished" and, in the Actions column, click on the three dots icon > View Details;
5. Check the information of the finished race;
6. At the bottom of the screen, under Help, select the reason for the dispute;
7. Fill in more information about what happened and click on Submit.
📃 Information: at this time, your request is sent via ticket to the Copastur team, which will be responsible for analyzing what happened, contact the supplier and update you on the progress of the dispute via e-mail — in addition to informing you about a possible reimbursement or discount on your next invoice.
