C+ Portal | Rides - How to schedule a ride

📃 Information: this functionality available only to cost center managers and general managers. Cost center managers can view ride data for users belonging to their respective cost centers, while general managers can view rides for all users in the company.
⚠️ Importante! The ride scheduling function does not apply to companies that use "Flexible cost center", where the cost center is selected by the user at the time of request.
To schedule a ride in the Mobility admin panel, follow the steps below:
1. Access the C+ Portal;
2. In the top menu, click on the Mobility tab:

3. The mobility admin panel will be displayed. In the left side menu, click on Rides > Request Ride;
📃 Information: during any time of the request, you can click on Save Draft to keep the information stored to proceed with the request at another time.
4. In the Search Employee field, search and select up to three passengers and mark the passenger responsible for the ride;
📃 Information:
- If you do not locate a passenger or they do not have an associated cost center, it is not possible to proceed with the request. In this case, open a ticket to the Product Support team through the email produtos@copastur.com.br to request the update of that passenger’s registration;
- The choice of responsible passenger is reflected in ride reports;
- If the passenger has not informed the phone yet, it is necessary to inform in the column Phone. This information will be saved in the user’s registration.
5. Click on Save;
6. Inform the place of origin and destination, without stops;
📃 Information:
- In Distance to Travel, it is possible to check the route in relation to the mileage limit set by your company;
- If it is shown that the route is outside the corporate policy of the company, before finalizing the request will be required to inform a justification.
7. Click on Save;
8. Inform if it will be an immediate or scheduled ride:

Immediate: click on Save;

Scheduled: enter the date and time of the ride and on Save.
📃 Information: if the ride is outside the policy of days and times allowed by your company, before finalizing the request will be required to inform a justification.
9. Select the provider and ride category, as released for your company and profile;
📃 Information:
- The values shown for 99 and Original are estimates and may be changed at the time of the ride;
- When selecting the Uber provider, the available categories are not shown because the choice will be made by the responsible passenger directly in the Uber app. For this reason, there is also no estimated value for booking with Uber;
10. Click on Save;
11. Check the summary of the request and, in Category of Race, select the reason;
12. Fill in the other fields requested by your company and, if your request is outside the guidelines of the company, provide a justification;
13. Click on Save;
14. A confirmation message will be displayed.
📃 Information: at this time, the scheduled ride is displayed in the Mobility administrative panel and in the passengers’ C+ application.
