C+ App | How to enable and configure app notifications
C+ App notifications can be configured to your preference — what types of notification you want to receive — and enabled to show directly on your phone.
To enable and configure notifications in the C+ App, follow the steps bellow:
Enable notifications on your phone
On your first access to the C+ App, a pop-up will be displayed to enable app notifications on your phone. Tap on Allow and proceed with the configuration step within the C+ App:
⚠️ Important! If you have not enabled the notification permission of the application, it will be necessary to enable directly in the settings of your mobile device.
Configure notifications in the C+ app
1. Access the C+ app;
2. In the upper right corner, tap on the Profile icon:
3. Tap on Settings > Notifications;
4. Enable the types of notifications you want to receive.
📃 Information: at this time, the notifications of your preference are already configured in the C+ App and directly on your phone.
