What is the My Car service?
My Car is a feature of C+ Superapp that allows employees of a company to use their own vehicles for business trips. The system automatically records the kilometers traveled and generates expenses based on the amount previously agreed per km traveled.
The company defines the value of the refunded km (for example $1.00/km) and which users will be allowed to use the service.
Como iniciar uma corrida?
- Access the home page and tap on My car;
- Fill in the fields of Origin and Destination, select the Cost center and inform the reason for the journey;
- Tap on Start to begin mileage recording;
- When you arrive at your destination, complete the route in the app and fill out the other expense information for integration with your travel system.

How to enter the address to start the journey?
You can enter the addresses in two ways:

Manual search: enter the name of the place, address or reference point;

Map: select the points of origin and destination directly on the map, which is integrated with Google Maps.
My Car has GPS navigation?
The C+ App does not have its own navigation system, but it is possible to track the route in your GPS application like Maps and Waze by tapping on View on map — without interfering with the mileage calculation made by My Car.
How do I finish my race?
When you reach your destination, you must access the C+ App and end the race. The system will automatically record the final mileage based on the data provided at the beginning of the journey, and you can use the expense information to submit your report in your travel system.
How are expenses calculated and recorded?
Expenses are calculated automatically based on the distance traveled multiplied by the value per km previously set up by the company.
