C+ App | I forgot my passsword

⚠️ Important!
- If your access is done via SSO (Single sign-on), that is, through your network password or your corporate email password, contact the IT team of your company to request the password reset;
- The password used in the C+ App is the same as that used in the C+ Portal. Thus, the password change will be valid for access on both systems.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it with a few clicks:
1. Access the C+ App;
2. Fill in your email and tap on Continue;
3. Tap on Forgot my password:

4. Confirm the informed email and tap on Send;
⚠️ Important! If the message "No account was found with the email sent. Please check the data and try again.", please contact the Product Support team via e-mail produtos@copastur.com.br and send a print highlighting the error message presented:
5. Access your email, locate the message sent by no-reply@copastur.com.br with the subject "Copastur | Redefinição de Senha" and tap on Redefinir senha;
📃 Information:
- The password reset link sent in the email expires in 5 minutes;
- If you cannot find the message, check your junk mail or spam folder.
6. You will be asked to register for a new password. Register a new password as required, confirm the password and tap on Confirm;
7. A confirmation message will be displayed and you will be redirected to the login screen.
