To open a ticket for Products, follow the steps below: 


⚠️ Important! You must be logged in to the Ticket Portal for the call opening functionality to be available. See more information How to sign up.


1. On the home page of the Ticket Portal, click on the top menu and then on Abrir um chamado



2. Select the Argo product from the left-hand side menu:



3. Select the type of ticket you wish to open;




4. Fill in the form with all the required information and attach a file if necessary; 


5. Click on Fazer Requisição


6. If you want to copy someone in the ticket, click on Adicionar CC, type in the email address of the person and press "Enter"; 


7. Click on Confirmar to finish opening the ticket. 


✅ Tip! You can track the progress of your tickets in Acompanhar Tickets, send messages, view the replies from the product analyst, the current status of the ticket, among other information.
