To open a ticket for Products, follow the steps below:
⚠️ Important! You must be logged in to the Portal de Chamados Copastur for the call opening functionality to be available. See more information How to sign up. |
1. Access the Portal de Chamados Copastur;
2. Click on Open a ticket:
3. On the left side menu, select the Argo product:
4. Select the type of ticket you wish to open;
5. Fill in the form with all the required information and attach a file if necessary;
6. Click on Place Request;
7. If you want to copy someone in the ticket, click on Add CC, type in the email address of the person and press "Enter";
8. Click on Confirm to finish opening the ticket.
✅ Tip! You can track the progress of your tickets in Track Tickets, send messages, view the replies from the product analyst, the current status of the ticket, among other information. |
