Portal de Chamados | How to register on the Portal de Chamados

The ticket opening feature is exclusive to customers and employees. Therefore, to make a request or consult a ticket, you need to register on the Portal with your corporate email. Then, it is necessary to log in through the Portal de Chamados itself.
⚠️ Important! If you interact with us by email, you are already registered in the Portal de Chamados Copastur. In this case, just click on Login and then Forgot my password to receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. Check out more information in Forgot my password.
To register on the Portal de Chamados, follow the steps below:
⚠️ Important! after sending the email, your account is automatically created in the Portal de Chamados. Follow the steps below to complete your registration.
1. Access your corporate inbox and send an email to produtos@copastur.com.br, requesting the creation of your registration in the Portal de Chamados;

2. Access the Portal de Chamados Copastur;
3. In the upper right corner of the screen, click on Login:

4. Fill in the same corporate email and click on Forgot password?;
5. Access your corporate email, locate a message sent by support@freshworks.com the subject "Activate your Freshworks account" and click on Activate account:

6. Fill in the First Name, Last Name, Password and confirm it, select the desired Language and Time Zone and click on Activate your account.
