Argo | How to open a ticket for Products

To open a ticket for Products, follow the steps below:
⚠️ Important! You must be logged in to the Portal de Chamados Copastur for the call opening functionality to be available. See more information How to sign up.
1. Access the Portal de Chamados Copastur;
2. Click on Open a ticket:

3. On the left side menu, select the Argo product:

4. Select the type of ticket you wish to open;

5. Fill in the form with all the required information and attach a file if necessary;
6. Click on Place Request;
7. If you want to copy someone in the ticket, click on Add CC, type in the email address of the person and press "Enter";
8. Click on Confirm to finish opening the ticket.
✅ Tip! You can track the progress of your tickets in Track Tickets, send messages, view the replies from the product analyst, the current status of the ticket, among other information.
