C+ Portal | My Fleet - How to make a reservation for an employee

My Fleet is a feature in the Mobility administrative panel that allows you to manage pick-up and drop-off units for the company’s own fleet, available vehicles, and employee reservations, as well as view the history of reservations made in the C+ Superapp.
To make a reservation for an employee in My Fleet on the Mobility administrative panel, follow the steps below:
1. Access the C+ Portal;
2. In the top menu, click on the Mobility tab:

3. The Mobility administrative panel will be displayed. In the left-side menu, click on My Fleet > Manage Reservations;
4. On the right side, click on the Register Reservations button;
5. Select the employee, enter the pick-up and drop-off dates, then select the pick-up unit;
6. If the drop-off unit is different from the pick-up unit, check the "Return Unit Different from Pick-up" option and select the unit;
7. The vehicles available for reservation will be listed. Select the desired vehicle and click on Save.
