C+ App | How to activate your Postpaid CopasturCard

In the C+ application it is possible to activate your CopasturCard (Postpaid or Prepaid) and also register your personal cards for recording travel expenses — check out more information in How to activate your Prepaid CopasturCard and How to add a personal card. When using your CopasturCard card, the expenses are automatically launched in the application.

To activate your Postpaid CopasturCard in the C+ App, follow the steps below:

1. Access the C+ App;

2. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the Wallet icon:

3. Tap on Copastur cards;

4. Locate the card and tap on Activate Card;

5. Enter the last four digits of your card and tap on Continue;

6. Read your card’s security instructions and tap on Continue;

7. Check your card information and tap on Continue;

8. Create a 4-digit password for your card and tap on Finish activation.
