C+ App | How to activate your Prepaid CopasturCard

In the C+ App it is possible to activate your CopasturCard (Prepaid or Postpaid) and also register your personal cards for recording travel expenses — check out more information in How to activate your Postpaid CopasturCard and How to add a personal card. When using your CopasturCard card, the expenses are automatically launched in the application.

The prepaid card can be personalized (with your name) or non-personalized. Please follow the step-by-step instructions according to the type of card you have.

To activate your Prepaid CopasturCard in the C+ App, follow the steps below:

1. Access the C+ App;

2. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the Wallet icon:

3. Tap on Copastur cards;

4. Tap on Add card by QR Code;

5. Point your phone’s camera at the QR Code displayed on the back of your card;

6. Confirm your card information and tap on Continue;

7. Create a 4-digit password for your card and tap on Continue.

Personalized Prepaid CopasturCard

1. Access the C+ App;

2. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the Wallet icon:

3. Locate the card and tap on Activate Card;

4. Read the instructions and tap on Agree and continue;

5. Confirm your card information and tap on Continue;

6. Create a 4-digit password for your card and tap on Finish activation.
