C+ App | How to access the app for the first time

To access the C+ App for the first time, follow the steps below:
1. Access the Play Store or App Store;
2. Download and access the C+ Copastur application;
3. Enter your corporate email and tap Continue;
⚠️ Important! If your user has SSO (Single Sign-On) configured, you will need to be logged in to your corporate email on your mobile phone to access the C+ App.
📃 Information: if the application requests the access password, it means that you already have a registered user and password. In this case, report the password sent in the welcome email, the same password already used in the C+ Portal or tap on Forgot my password to register a new password. 4. At this time, a message is displayed stating that your account was not found. Tap on Send code to receive the verification code in your email;
5. Access your corporate email, locate the message sent by no-reply@copastur.com.br with the subject "C+ Confirmação de E-mail" and check the 6-digit code presented in the email:

📃 Information: if you cannot find the message, check your junk mail or spam folder.
6. Return to the C+ App, enter the code and tap on Continue;
7. Select your company and tap on Continue;
📃 Information: at this time, we import your data and travel history. This action may take a few minutes.
8. After the import, tap on Set password;
9. Enter a new password and tap on Continue;
⚠️ Important! This same password must be used to access the C+ Portal. Check out more information in How to access the portal for the first time.
10. Ready! Now just enjoy all the benefits of C+ App!
