C+ App | How to consult the version of the C+ App
To open an error occurrence ticket in C+ App, it is necessary to check which application version is installed on your phone. Verification can be done on the login screen or after accessing the application.

When opening the C+ App, the application version will be displayed at the bottom of the login screen:

1. Access the C+ App;
2. In the upper right corner, tap on the Profile icon:
3. Tap on Support > Terms and policies;
4. Under Version, check the version of the application.
