C+ Portal | How to view and edit my personal information

When you're registered on the Portal, you can complete your profile with some personal information. This data is used directly by the C+ app, which is integrated to the Portal and is required for the operation of certain solutions, such as CopasturCard and Mobility.

To view and edit your personal information on C+ Portal, follow the steps below:

1. Access the C+ Portal;

2. In the right-hand side of the C+ Portal home page, click on your name > My Profile:

3. All the data registered in your profile will be shown. Make the necessary changes;

📃 Information: the fields E-mail, CPF for Brazilians, Cost Center, and Department are blocked for editing. If you need to update any of this information, please contact the Latam Support team via e-mail productos.latam@copastur.com.br requesting adjustment.

4. At the bottom of the page, click on Save Changes;

5. A confirmation message will be displayed.
