My Argo | How to request an advance in the app

You can request an advance directly through the My Argo app. If you have not logged in, check out more information in How to access the app for the first time.
To request an advance in the My Argo app, follow the steps below:
1. Access the My Argo app;
📃 Information: Argo Travel has become the new app My Argo. If you have Argo Travel installed on your mobile phone, you must update the application to access My Argo.
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap on Create New (+) > Expense > Advanced payment;
3. At the top of the screen, select a traveler;
📃 Information: this option is only shown for users with a requester profile. See more information in How to make a reservation for another traveler in the app.
4. Indicate whether it is a "Domestic" or "International" trip, fill in the Reason and other data according to your company’s travel policy and tap on Proceed;
5. Select the expense, enter the amount, currency and value, enter a note if necessary, and tap on the Add button;
6. At that point, the New request screen is opened again. At the bottom of the screen, tap on Conclude to confirm the request;
7. Check the Reason, Debit Company and Debit Cost Center, filled in at the beginning of the request, and tap on Proceed;
8. Select the authorizer and confirm;
9. A confirmation message will be displayed. Tap on Close.
📃 Information: after you make your request, it will be in the status "Awaiting cost authorization". In this case, only after approval, your request will be forwarded to the Finance to make the payment.
