My Argo | How to launch travel expenses using the GPS in the app

The posting of travel expenses can be done in the My Argo application. If you have not logged in, check out more information in How to access the app for the first time.
It is possible to launch travel expenses using GPS. Thus, when you start recording, your route will be shown on the map, and after finishing, just confirm the data of the route and launch the expense.
To launch travel expenses using the GPS in the My Argo app, follow the steps below:
1. Access the My Argo app;
📃 Information: Argo Travel has become the new My Argo app. If you have Argo Travel installed on your mobile phone, you must update the application to access My Argo.
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap on Create New (+) > Expense > New route;
3. Tap on Use GPS, the track record screen will be displayed;
⚠️ Important! The application must have permission to use the background location configured. If not, GPS points will be recorded incorrectly and curves and streets traveled will not be counted.
4. Tap on the Start button to begin recording the route. At this point, the map will show the path you have taken;
5. After finishing the route, tap on Stop;
6. At this point, you can continue or finish recording. Tap on End to finish;
7. Make sure the Origin and Destination fields are filled in correctly, tap on Confirm;
8. Enter a description for the expense, select the category "Quilometragem", if necessary check the option Refundable and enter the date on which the route was taken;
📃 Information: note that after selecting the category, the fields Distance, Price for KM and Total Value will be automatically filled in, as configured by your company.
⚠️ Important! To make sure the expense is considered for reimbursement and accountability, be sure to check if the Refundable option is checked.
9. Tap on Save;
