The knowledge base was developed with the clear purpose of providing autonomy in solving your questions! With a user-friendly interface and complete structure, you will have access to all the information you need easily. Just type a specific term in the search field and you’re done: a detailed tutorial will be presented, helping you step by step through the desired process.

To view the articles in your preferred language and have a better experience on the Portal de Chamados Copastur, after registering you need to configure the language in your profile. When you access the Portal de Chamados Copastur, you will find a dedicated icon for searching on the Knowledge Base and below, a section dedicated to the most accessed articles.
