Car rental can be requested from the Agency — check out more information in How to request a car from the Agency — or it can be done directly on the platform, if your company has this option configured and your user has this permission. 


To book a car, follow the steps below: 


1. Access Argo; 


2. Click on Rental

 


3. At the top of the screen, indicate the Traveler(s) and click Include


4. Fill in the pick-up and return information of the car; 


5. Select the option “Drop-off on another location” if you need to change the Return location; 


6. Select the "Show nearby rentals" option when the pick-up location is not an airport and you need to see several address options in the municipality you informed; 


✅ Tips! You can use the previous searches at the bottom of the screen to speed up your search. 


7. Click on Search


📃 Information: If the Search button is not displayed on the screen, it means that your company does not have this setting and that you must request the rental of the vehicle from the Agency. Check out more information in How to request a car from the Agency.


8. Refine your search by changing the filters in the left-hand side menu; 


9. Check out the options and click on the value to select the desired option; 


10. Check the details of the selected option and click Confirm


11. A confirmation message will appear. Click on Close;  


12. Click Conclude to confirm the booking; 


✅ Tip! Before you finish, you can also add other items to the same request. Check out more information in How to add Air, Accommodation, Rental, Road and/or Service to the cart


13. Indicate the Reason and Debit Allocation if your company has this setting and click on Proceed;  


14. Indicate the Justification if the option selected is not within the travel policy of your company and click on Proceed;


15. Indicate the Management Fields if your company has this setting and click on Proceed


16. Indicate the Form of Payment, according to the travel policy of your company, and click on Proceed


17. Select the Authorizer if your company has an approval flow and click on Make the request;


📃 Information: If your company has an approval flow, the status "Awaiting approval" will be displayed on the top part of the booking. In this case, only after approval will your booking be forwarded for issuance and you will receive the voucher by email. Check also How to send a new notification to the approver.


18. Check the expiry date of your booking to follow-up on the approval within this period.
