Argo | Air - How to view or edit the traveler's seat and position preference
To view or edit the traveler's seat and position preference, follow the steps below:
1. On the top of the screen, indicate the Traveler(s) and click Include;
2. Click again on the Traveler(s) on the top part of the screen and then click on the name of the traveler;
3. Click on Supplemental Data;
4. Check the "Aircraft Position" and "Seat" and edit where necessary:
5. Click Close or Save if you have edited the information.
Tip! (Click to open)If seats of the traveler's preference are available, a free seat can be booked automatically if the platform is properly configured. To request this setting, contact us through the
Ticket Portal.
