Argo | Air - How to request airline tickets from the Agency (Offline)

Airline tickets can be requested from the Agency or booked directly on the platform, if your user has this permission - check out more information in How to book airline tickets (Online).
To request for airline tickets from the Agency, follow the steps below:
1. Access Argo;
2. Click on Aéreo;

3. At the top of the screen, indicate the Traveler(s) and click Include;
4. Fill in the origin and destination data and other fields to obtain the desired flights;
5. Click on Request to Agency;
6. If necessary, include under observation that it is a rebooking, indicate the OS you wish to rebook and click on Confirm;
7. A confirmation message will appear. Click on Close;

8. Click on Conclude to complete the request;
9. Indicate the Reason and Debit Allocation if your company has this setting and click on Proceed;
10. In the case of an international flight, check or, where necessary, fill in the requested traveler information and click on Proceed;
📃 Information: This information will be automatically stored in the traveler's record to avoid having to fill it in again for the next trip.
11. Indicate the Form of Payment, according to the travel policy of your company, and click on Proceed;
📃 Information: The platform indicates when you have credit for a ticket not flown. If you select this option, your request will be forwarded to the agency, which will proceed to book the selected flights.
12. Select the Authorizer if your company has an approval flow and click on Make the request;
📃 Information: At this point, your request is sent to the agency to quote and send you the options to choose from. At the top of the booking, the status "Awaiting quotation" is displayed and after the quotation has been sent, it changes to " Awaiting selection".
13. Wait for the agency to send you the quotation before selecting the desired options. Check out more information in How to select or decline the options sent in the quotation.
