📃 Information: Argo Travel has become the new My Argo app and Argo Mobile will soon be discontinued (estimated July). We therefore recommend you to start using My Argo now to make your travel management even more efficient.


To enter expenses and render accounts in the application Argo Mobile, follow the steps below: 


1. Access the Argo Mobile app;


2. Tap on Expenses


3. Tap Add (+) and tap New Spending or New Route for the mileage expense.

1. Attach proof of the expense under Attach file using one of the following options: 

  • QR Code: aim the camera of your mobile phone at the QR Code displayed on the invoice. In some cases, this option fills in the amount, date and invoice number fields automatically; 
  • Include file: select a file saved on your mobile phone; 
  • Camera Roll: select an image saved on your mobile phone; 
  • Take a Photo: aim the camera of your mobile phone at the invoice, take the photo and tap on OK


⚠️ Important! If you have used the QR Code, also include a file or take a photo of the invoice so that your company has an image for the checking and approval stages. 


2. Enter the amount, date and invoice number, if they have not been filled in automatically by the QR Code; 


3. Indicate whether the expense is linked to a Request (O.S.); 


4. Select the expense, indicate whether it is a reimbursable expense and fill in the description of the expense; 


5. Tap Save to finish registering this expense;


6. Repeat the process for the other expenses; 


7. Continue with the new route stage, if necessary, and then proceed to finish

1. Fill in the addresses of origin and destination;


✅ Tip! Instead of filling manually in the origin and destination, it is possible to record the route using GPS. When you start recording, your route will be displayed on the map as you move and once finished, confirm the route details and enter the expense.


2. Tap on More details


3. Fill in the other information and select the Refundable and Corporate options, if necessary;


⚠️ Important! In order for the expense to be considered in the reimbursement and rendering of accounts, do not forget to check if the Reimbursable and Corporate options are selected. 


4. Tap Save;


5. Tap Save to finish registering this expense.

1. Tap the synchronization icon located on the top part of the screen: 



2. After entering and synchronizing all the expenses, tap Complete


3. At this point you can take the following actions: 

  • Link the expenses to an existing O.S.: tap on the desired O.S.; 
  • Do not link to an O.S.: Tap on Proceed without linking and fill in the Administrative Data; 
  • Without existing O.S.: ill in the Administrative Data. 


4. Click on Proceed


5. Select which synchronized expenses should be linked to the rendering of accounts and tap Proceed


6. Check the details of the expenses and the summary with the amount to be reimbursed or returned (in this case, when the accounts rendered is less than the advanced payment received); 


7. Tap on Send for approval


8. Select the Authorizer and tap on Conclude.


⚠️ Important! If there is any money left to be returned, access the platform on your computer and attach proof of the deposit or transfer to the O.S., so that the rendering of accounts is successfully approved:
