Airline tickets can be requested from the Agency - check out more information in How to request airline tickets from the Agency (Offline) — or they can be booked directly on the platform (Online), if your user has this permission. 


To book airline tickets directly on the platform, follow the steps below:  


1. Access Argo; 


2. Click on Aéreo




3. At the top of the screen, indicate the Traveler(s) and click Include


4. Fill in the origin and destination data and other fields to obtain the desired flights; 


5. Select the "Add Nearby Airports" option to expand the flight options, for example: when searching for flights from São Paulo, if this option is selected, flight options from Viracopos (Campinas) and Guarulhos airports will be shown. These options will be highlighted in red so that you can easily identify that they are not from the municipality of origin informed; 


6. Check the "Non Stop Flights" option so as to not include options with a stopover or connection in your search results;


✅ Tip! You can use the previous searches at the bottom of the screen to speed up your search.

 

7. Click on Search


8. With the result of your search, you can take the following actions:

9. Select the flights you want by segment or combined return options:

  • By segment: click on the value of the fare you want. You will automatically be directed to the other segments to select the fare you want; 
  • Combined options: select the desired options and then click on the value of the desired fare. 


10. Check the order details and click Conclude to confirm the booking; 


✅ Tip! Before you finish, you can also add other items to the same request. Check out more information on How to add Air, Accommodation, Rental, Road and/or Service to the cart.


⚠️ Important! For flights to and from Brazil, in order to comply with ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency) resolution 595, if the non-Brazilian traveler does not have the CPF [Individual Taxpayer Registration] and Telephone details filled in on their profile, an alert message will be displayed preventing the booking from being completed.


11. Indicate the Reason and Debit Allocation if your company has this setting and click on Proceed


12. In the case of an international flight, check or, where necessary, fill in the requested traveler information and click on Proceed


📃 Information: This information will be automatically stored in the traveler's record to avoid having to fill it in again for the next booking.


13. Indicate the Justification if the options selected are not within the travel policy of your company and click on Proceed


✅ Tip! Click on the information button to see why your choice is not within the travel policy of your company.


14. Indicate the Form of Payment, according to the travel policy of your company, and click on Proceed


📃 Information: The platform indicates when you have credit for a ticket not flown. If you select this option, your request will be forwarded to the agency, which will proceed to book the selected flights. 


15. Select the Authorizer if your company has an approval flow and click on Make the request


📃 Information: If your company has an approval flow, the status "Awaiting approval" will be displayed on the top part of the booking. In this case, only after approval will your booking be forwarded for issuance and you will receive the voucher by email. See also How to send a new notification to the approver.
