To open a ticket for Products, follow the steps below:

1. On the home page of the Ticket Portal, click on the top menu and then on Abrir um chamado:
2. Select the Argo product from the left-hand side menu:
3. Select the type of ticket you wish to open;
4. Fill in the form with all the required information and attach a file if necessary;
5. Click on Fazer Requisição;
6. If you want to copy someone in the ticket, click on Adicionar CC, type in the email address of the person and press "Enter";
7. Click on Confirmar to finish opening the ticket.
✅ Tip! You can track the progress of your tickets in Acompanhar Tickets, send messages, view the replies from the product analyst, the current status of the ticket, among other information. |
