How to remove the registered two-step authentication code on your mobile phone

⛔ Warning! Removing the authentication code does not mean that you can reconfigure it. You need to contact the Latam Support team by e-mail productos.latam@copastur.com.br requesting for a password reset and two-step authentication setup. After than, proceed with the step-by-step steps in this article to remove the code before you set up a new one.
To remove the registered two-step authentication code on your mobile phone, follow the steps below:
Google Authenticator
Microsoft Authenticator
FreeOTP
Google Authenticator
1. Access the Google Authenticator app;
2. Locate the code you want to remove, tap and drag the code to the right tap the pencil icon;
3. Tap on the trash icon;
4. Tap on Remove account.

Microsoft Authenticator
1. Access the Microsoft Authenticator application;
2. Locate the code you want to remove and tap the arrow (>) icon;
3. Tap on the setting icon;
4. Tap on Remove account;
5. A confirmation message will be displayed. Tap on Continue to finish.

FreeOTP
1. Access the FreeOTP application;
2. Locate the code you want to remove and drag it to the right;
3. Tap on Remove token.
