My Argo | How to make approvals in the app

It is possible to make approvals in the My Argo app. If you have not logged in, check out more information in How to access the app for the first time.
📃 Information: this is a feature unique to people with approval profile.
To make approvals in the My Argo app, follow the steps below:
1. Access the My Argo app;
📃 Information: Argo Travel has become the new app My Argo. If you have Argo Travel installed on your mobile phone, you must update the application to access My Argo.
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap on Requests > Team's;
3. Use the search filters to locate and select the desired request;
4. Check the details of the request;
✅ Tip! In case of approval of expenses, tap on the Wallet icon and view the receipts of expenses:

5. Tap on the green button and then Reject or Approve;
📃 Information: when you fail, you will need to provide a Justification for the Applicant to re-apply as per your guidance.
⚠️ Important! When you reject an expense, it is not possible to reject a specific expense. Therefore, it is important that the justification mentions which expense is not within the company’s travel policy so that the applicant makes the necessary adjustment and re-submit for approval. 6. A confirmation message will be displayed. Tap on Approve to complete.
