My Argo | How to select the options sent in the quotation in the app

It is possible to select the options sent in the quotation in the My Argo application. If you have not logged in, check out more information in How to access the app for the first time.
To select the options sent in the quotation in the My Argo app, follow the steps below:
1. Access the My Argo app;
📃 Information: Argo Travel has become the new app My Argo. If you have Argo Travel installed on your mobile phone, you must update the application to access My Argo.
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap on Requests;
3. Select if it is a request from you or the team, if you have an applicant profile;
4. Tap on the desired request, with status "Waiting selection";
5. Select the Approver at the top of the screen;
✅ Tip! On the screen, the option "Best offer found" will be presented with the best option of the requested service and "Other recommendations" with other options sent by the consultant.
6. Select the desired option;
📃 Information: if the options you select are not within your company’s travel policy, you will need to indicate a reason for proceeding.
7. Tap on the green button and then Reject or Choose.
📃 Information:
- If you reject, you will need to provide a reason for the Agency to re-quote and submit new options;
- If your company has an approval flow, the request will show the status "Awaiting cost authorization"; in this case, only after approval, your request will be completed and you will receive the voucher by email.
