My Argo | How to request an accommodation for the Agency in the app

It is possible to request an accommodation for the Agency in the My Argo app. If you have not logged in, check out more information in How to access the app for the first time.
To request an accommodation for the Agency in the My Argo app, follow the steps below:
1. Access the My Argo app;
📃 Information: Argo Travel has become the new app My Argo. If you have Argo Travel installed on your mobile phone, you must update the application to access My Argo.
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap on Create New (+) > Hotels;
3. At the top of the screen, select a traveler;
4. Fill in the filters of your search;
✅ Tip! To add a guest, tap on Add guest, choose one and tap on + to include.
5. Tap on Request to Agency;
6. Tap on By Hotels or By Preference, fill in the fields with more information about the accommodation to assist the Agency in your booking and enter a note, if necessary;
7. Tap on Confirm to proceed with the request;
8. At that point, the New request screen is opened again. Tap on Conclude to confirm the reservation;
9. Indicate the Reason, Debit company and Debit Cost Center and tap on Proceed;
10. Check the details of the request, select the Form of Payment and tap on Proceed;
11. Select the authorizer, if your company has approval flow and confirm;
12. A message will appear with your request number, tap on Close.
📃 Information: if your company has an approval flow, the reservation will show the status "Awaiting Quotation". In this case, your request is for the Agency to make the quotation and send the options for your choice. Check out more information in How to select the options sent in the quotation in the app.
