My Argo | How to book airline tickets in the app

It is possible to book airline tickets in the My Argo app. If you have not logged in, check out more information in How to access the app for the first time.
To book airline tickets in the My Argo app, follow the steps below:
1. Access the My Argo app;
📃 Information: Argo Travel has become the new My Argo app. If you have Argo Travel installed on your mobile phone, you must update the application to access My Argo.
2. Tap on Create New (+) > Flights;
3. At the top of the screen, select a traveler;
📃 Informação: This option is only shown for users with a requester profile. Check out more information in How to make a reservation for another traveler in the app.
4. Indicate whether it is a One Way or a Round Trip (in this case uncheck the "One Way" option);
5. Fill in the Origin, Destination and Return dates;
6. To get a better result from your search, tap on + Filters and fill in the rest of the information:
- Tap on the bar next to the departure and return dates to select the time of day you want to find the flights;
- In Cabin Class, select the desired class;
- Select the "Add Nearby Airports" option to expand the flight options, for example: when searching for flights from São Paulo, if this option is selected, flight options from Viracopos (Campinas) and Guarulhos airports will be shown. These options will be highlighted in red so that you can easily identify that they are not from the municipality of origin informed;
- Check the "Non Stop Flights" option so as to not include options with a stopover or connection in your search results.
7. Tap on Search;
✅ Tip! In the case of a round trip, choose the best return option using the "drag to the side" movement or by clicking on the arrow next to the return option:

8. Tap on the desired flight option(s);
✅ Tip! At this point, you can view more flight details by clicking on Flight details.
9. Fares with and without baggage included will be displayed, click on the desired option to check more details of the fare rule;
10. Tap on Reserve to confirm;
11. At the bottom of the screen, tap on Conclude;
12. Indicate the Reason, Debit company and Debit Cost Center and tap on Proceed;
📃 Information: If the lowest rate was not chosen, a screen will be displayed informing the existence of a lower value. If you proceed with the already chosen rate, select a justification and write down the reason why the rate was chosen:

13. Check the details of the request, select the Form of Payment and tap on Proceed;
14. Select the Authorizer if your company has approval flow and confirm.
📃 Information: If your company has an approval flow, the status "Awaiting cost approval" will be displayed. In this case, only after approval will your booking be forwarded for issuance and you will receive the voucher by email.
