The services should be requested from the Agency, which will send it with a quotation for you to choose. 


To request for a service from the Agency, follow the steps below: 


1. Access Argo; 


2. Click on Service




3. On the top of the screen, indicate the Traveler(s) and click Include


4. Click on Reason and Assessment(s), indicate whether it is a "Domestic" or "International" travel, fill in the other data according to the travel policy of your company and click on Proceed;  


5. Select the desired service and fill in the quantity, date and other requested information; 


6. Provide more details on the desired service in the Note field; 


7. Click the Add button; 


8. Repeat steps 5, 6 and 7 if other services are required; 


9. Click on Conclude to complete the request; 


10. Confirm the Reason and Debit Allocation that you filled in at the beginning of the request and click on Proceed;  


11. Select the Authorizer if your company has an approval flow and click on Make the request. 


📃 Information: At this point, your request is sent to the agency to quote and send you the options to choose from. At the top of the booking, the status "Awaiting quotation" is displayed and after the quotation has been sent, it changes to " Awaiting selection".
