📃 Information: Argo Travel has become the new My Argo app and Argo Mobile will soon be discontinued (estimated July). We therefore recommend you to start using My Argo now to make your travel management even more efficient.


To book airline tickets in the app Argo Mobile, follow the steps below:


1. Access the Argo Mobile app; 


2. Tap on Create New and on + next to the Flights option; 


3. Indicate whether it is a One-way or a Round trip (in this case uncheck the "One way" option); 


4. Fill in the origin, destination, departure and return dates (if any) and other information: 

  • Tap the bar next to the departure and return dates to select the time of day you want to find the flights; 
  • Under Cabin Class, select the desired class; 
  • Select the "Add Nearby Airports" option to expand the flight options, for example: when searching for flights from São Paulo, if this option is selected, flight options from Viracopos (Campinas) and Guarulhos airports will be shown. These options will be highlighted in red so that you can easily identify that they are not from the municipality of origin informed; 
  • Check the "Non Stop Flights" option so as to not include options with a stopover or connection in your search results. 


5. Tap on Search


6. Tap the i button to see more information about the desired option and scroll down until you see the rate for that option and the other flight options; 



✅ Tip! In the case of a round trip, choose the best return option using the "drag to the side" movement or by clicking on the arrow next to the return option:


7. Tap on the desired rate; 


8. At this point, the New Request screen opens again. Tap Conclude to confirm the booking; 


9. Indicate the Reason, Debit company and Debit Cost Center and tap Proceed


10. Check the details of the request, select the Form of Payment and tap Proceed


11. Select the Authorizer if your company has an approval flow and confirm.


📃 Information: If your company has an approval flow, the status "Awaiting cost approval" will be displayed. In this case, only after approval will your booking be forwarded for issuance and you will receive the voucher by email.
