📃 Information: Argo Travel has become the new My Argo app and Argo Mobile will soon be discontinued (estimated July). We therefore recommend you to start using My Argo now to make your travel management even more efficient.


To book accommodation in the app Argo Mobile, follow the steps below:


1. Access the Argo Mobile app; 


2. Tap on Create New and on + next to the Hotels option; 


3. Fill in the filters of your search; 


✅ Tip! To add a companion, tap Add guest, choose a companion and tap + to add. 


4. Tap on Search; 


5. With the result of your search, you can take the following actions:  




6. Tap on the desired accommodation option; 


7. Tap on Details, check the policies and select the desired rate;


⚠️ Important! Do not forget to check the cancellation policy of the accommodation before proceeding. You will be subjected to these rules as from the issuance of your booking:


8. At this point, the New Request screen opens again. Tap Conclude to confirm the booking;  


9. Indicate the Reason, Debit company and Debit Cost Center and tap Proceed;


📃 Information: If the lowest rate has not been chosen, a screen will appear informing you that a lower rate exists.  If you continue with the rate already chosen, select a justification and write the reason why the rate was chosen:


10. Check the details of the request, select the Form of Payment and tap Proceed; 


11. Select the Authorizer if your company has an approval flow and confirm.


📃 Information: If your company has an approval flow, the status "Awaiting cost approval" will be displayed for the booking. In this case, only after approval will your booking be forwarded for issuance.
