To request rebooking of airline tickets, follow the steps below: 


Request cancellation in the OS 


Before requesting the rebooking of a segment, it is necessary to request the cancellation of the segment(s) in the OS that will be rebooked: 

 

1. Access Argo; 

 

2. Click on Query


3. Use the search filters to find the desired request; 


4. Click on the Register follow-up icon: 




5. In Message, inform the flight(s) you wish to cancel and notify them that a new offline request for rebooking will be made; 


6. Select the option "Send to Agency" so that the consultant receives your message; 


7. Click on Save follow-up


Request rebooking from the agency (offline) 


After requesting the cancellation in the OS, it is necessary to create a rebooking request from the agency (offline), so that the agency can take advantage of possible credits from the canceled/rebooked airline tickets. 


⚠️ Important! When requesting an airline ticket from the agency, after clicking on Request to Agency, include an observation stating that this is a ticket rebooking and indicate the OS you wish to rebook.
