When you complete a request on the platform, the status of the request changes to "Awaiting approval" and the approver is notified automatically. However, you can also send a new notification to the approver whenever you feel it is necessary in order to speed up the approval process and guarantee the rates of your booking.


To send a new notification to the approver, follow the steps below:


1. Access Argo;


2. Click on Query;



3. Use the search filters to find the desired request;


4. Click on the Resend e-mail icon;


5. Select the authorizer and other users who should receive the e-mail;


6. Click on Send.
