📃 Information: Argo Travel has become the new My Argo app and Argo Mobile will soon be discontinued (estimated July). We therefore recommend you to start using My Argo now to make your travel management even more efficient.

 

To request an advance payment in the app Argo Mobile, follow the steps below:


1. Access the Argo Mobile app;


2. Tap on Create new and + next to the Advance payment option; 


3. Tap on Reason and Debit Allocation to proceed; 


4. Indicate whether it is a "Domestic" or "International" travel, fill in the Reason and other data according to the travel policy of your company; 


5. Tap on Proceed;   


6. Fill in the advance payment data and tap on + Add


7. At this point, the New Request screen opens again. Tap Conclude to confirm the request;  


8. Check the Reason, Debit company and Debit Cost Center, filled in at the beginning of the request, and tap Proceed;   


9. Select the Authorizer and confirm;


10. A confirmation message will be displayed. Tap on Close


11. Tap the Home icon to return to the home page.


⚠️ Important! After your request has been approved, it will go to the "Awaiting cost approval" status. In this case, only after approval will your request be forwarded to Finance for payment.
