📃 Information: Argo Travel has become the new My Argo app and Argo Mobile will soon be discontinued (estimated July). We therefore recommend you to start using My Argo now to make your travel management even more efficient.


To make approvals in the app Argo Mobile, follow the steps below:


1. Access the Argo Mobile app; 


2. Tap on Approvals


3. Select the desired request; 


4. Check the request details; 


✅ Tip! In the case of expense approval, you can open the expense receipt by tapping on the image thumbnail next to the expense:


5. Tap on Reject or Approve


6. A confirmation message will appear. Click Yes to finish.


📃 Information: If you reject, you will need to indicate a Justification so that the Requester can redo the request according to your instructions; 


⚠️ Important! When approving accounts, it is not possible to reject a specific expense. That's why it is important for the justification to mention which expense is not within the travel policy of the company so that the requester can make the necessary adjustments and send it back for approval.
