Invoice import is available to customers who have Expense Plus. This should be done monthly so that employees can account for expenses paid with the corporate card and then close the corporate card. 


To import an invoice in Argo, follow the steps below: 


Import invoice 


1. Access Argo; 


2. Click on Configurations


3. Click on Utilities > Upload Invoice


4. In Source, select the bank;


⚠️ Important! At this point, depending on the bank selected, you may be presented with additional fields to fill in or select. Pay attention to the comments at the bottom of the screen to correctly fill in all the necessary information.


5. Click on Search and select the invoice file; Note that the file name will be displayed in the field; 


6. Click on attach file


7. A message confirming the import will be displayed. 


Check to see if the import was successful 


1. Click on Load Panel > Lista de cargas


2. Use the filters to search or locate the uploaded invoice in the list of records; 


3. Click on the icon to view more information: 



4. At this point you can check that the upload has been validated and processed successfully.


📃 Information: At this point, employees can continue to render accounts and close the corporate card invoice.
