If you have forgotten your Ticket Portal password, you can have a new one sent to your e-mail address in just a few clicks. 


✅ Tip! By default, the Knowledge Base displays all messages in Portuguese. To recieve your password in your e-mail adress into another language, you need first to set up this language in your profile on the Ticket Portal. Check out more information in How to set the language.

 

In addition, if you already interact with us via e-mail and have never used the Ticket Portal, you are already registered in this Portal and can follow the instructions below to register an access password. 


1. Access the Copastur Ticket Portal


2. Click on Login in the top right corner:



3. Click Forgot Password?:



4. Enter your corporate e-mail address and click Request reset link


5. Go to your corporate e-mail, find the message sent by support@freshworks.com with the subject "Reset your Freshworks account password" and click Reset password


✅ Tip! If you cannot find the message, check your junk mail or spam folder. 


6. Register a new access password and click on Reset password


7. A confirmation message will appear. Click on Proceed to login


8. Inform your registered e-mail and password and click on Enter.
